With a decade in construction project management under his belt, Billy brings two perspectives to his work as an attorney. The first is that of a lawyer able to skillfully analyze and resolve his clients’ complex legal issues. The second is that of a former industry professional able to truly understand what his clients are going through.

Billy frequently works with general contractors and subcontractors to resolve mechanics lien, construction defect, and schedule delay issues. He has experience in all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation and strategy, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. His deep construction industry knowledge coupled with a detail-oriented nature help him achieve favorable outcomes for the businesses he works with.
