Known for his candor and direct communication style, Jonathan tells clients what they need to know even when it is not what they want to hear. By offering honest, straightforward guidance and counsel, he helps his clients navigate the legal process and manage their expectations.

As a member of the firm’s Construction Service Group, Jonathan represents individuals and businesses in the construction industry, including general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and real estate owners, to resolve breach of contract, delay and disruption, design defect, mechanics lien, and other claims. Jonathan also has significant prior experience representing commercial and healthcare companies. He educates his clients on proactive, practical risk mitigation strategies to contractually avoid exposure and when disputes arise, prevent them from escalating. As a seasoned litigator and transactional attorney, Jonathan has deep experience in contracting and all aspects of litigation in state and federal court, from pre-trial preparation through courtroom representation, settlement, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal.
